With over 15 years of experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry, our founder brings deep, end-to-end insight into IT service excellence. Starting as a Service Desk Analyst, they progressed through the ranks to become a Service Delivery Manager, and ultimately took responsibility for overseeing the full delivery operations of a leading MSP.
This hands-on journey has covered everything from incident management and team leadership to strategic delivery planning, project management, and solution implementation. Their track record includes transforming service desks, implementing complex tooling such as HaloPSA and N-able, and delivering results through automation, process design, and customer-centric delivery.
